Andrea Peralta
REAL ESTATE ADVISOR

HERE’S A LITTLE SNAPSHOT INTO HER LIFE.
(BUT REALLY, YOU SHOULD GET TO KNOW HER IN PERSON.)

Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, Andrea has truly had the opportunity to see the city grow and flourish. Raised in the Highlands and attending Catholic schools throughout her youth, she was able to receive a private education. Growing up, she loved playing sports which has helped her develop a strong team and work ethic as well as a competitive edge. Andrea enjoys giving back to the community but has a special interest in the homeless community. She is very compassionate and enjoys preparing/serving meals to the homeless and giving out free food to families in need. She is known to volunteer at multiple homeless shelters, teen drop-in centers, and food banks throughout the city. With a background in customer service and sales, Andrea really knows how to communicate, engage, and listen to her clients, as well as negotiate on their behalf. She has been a realtor for four years now and has had great success with a top producing team before she joined the RE-DOC Group. With her last team, she received the Chariman’s Circle Gold Award and was top 2% of the network in sales for the international company Berkshire Hathaway Innovative Real Estate.

WHAT DOES ANDREA DO?

Andrea prides herself on consistently giving quality service to all of her clients. Being one that needs to know how and why everything works, she is HUGE on educating her clients about the real estate process. Andrea believes that it is very important for her clients to understand the entire transaction from beginning to end, that way they can make the best and most informed decision for themselves and their families. Naturally a kind and compassionate person, she works well with other agents to get the job done as smoothly as possible. But don’t let her kindness fool you, she is an absolute SHARK when it comes to acquiring and protecting her clients’ needs. Andrea has an AMAZING team behind her that can help you out with anything you might need during, and even after your transaction. She will treat you like family and make sure that you are taken care of well after you’ve closed on your home. She loves spending time with her clients enjoying a happy hour drink, spending quality time with them at barbecues and birthday parties, and celebrating with them at fun client appreciation events.

WHAT ELSE DOES ANDREA DO?

Outside of real estate, Andrea is very family-oriented. Her father, a retired attorney, was raised in Colorado Springs and her mother, a retired employee of the state, was raised in Pueblo. They met while they were attending classes at CU Boulder. GO BUFFS!! Her parents are a solid example of what a loving, caring, respectful relationship looks like and they have been married for over 40 years! Andrea has an older brother that is a City Council member in McMinville, Oregon. Her oldest little brother is a contractor and has a keen eye for detail which is shown in all of his work. Her youngest brother is an All-American/State Champion wrestler from Arvada high school. He received an athletic scholarship and attended American University in Washington D.C.  Andrea has a beautiful niece and nephew (Reina and Benni the Barbarian) and multiple God-children. Family is a huge priority for Andrea and she spends as much time with them as possible. Andrea has been with her hunny for nine years and is a stepmother to three teenage boys. Her oldest just finished an internship at the Children’s Hospital and her twins are student-athletes and football studs at Arvada High School! Outside of family, Andrea enjoys spending time in Colorado’s beautiful outdoors.
