Our experience working with Chad was exceptional, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone interested in buying/selling property. I first met Chad at an open house that he was hosting and I was immediately impressed by his depth of knowledge, but also by his warm and caring demeanor. Fast forward a few months when we decided to look for a new house during the most hectic time of year for real estate transactions. Chad was willing to travel across town at a moment's notice to attend showings with us and offer his advice. We were dealing with a ridiculous market - all-cash offers, houses going under contract within hours of listing, waived inspections/appraisals. Chad was creative in his offers, was a calming presence during a stressful time, and never pushed us to make a risky move in an effort to close a deal. We had very specific wants and he respected those requirements wholeheartedly. We loved getting to know Chad - he's professional yet hilarious, energetic yet grounded.
