HERE’S A LITTLE SNAPSHOT INTO HER LIFE.

Born and raised in Colorado, Monica has witnessed persistent growth across the
state and people from all around the world choosing to call it home. She is the first person in her family to go to college, a certified personal trainer, and most importantly a full-time mom.   As a child, Monica spent some time in foster care moving from house to house, never really having a place to call home. This is one of the reasons that inspired her to become a real estate agent, to connect people to their dreams, and to help them find a place they can call home. Somewhere where they can build those memories with family and friends. She is a people person, hardworking, and has a unique way of envisioning her client’s dream of their ideal home.

WHAT DOES MONICA DO?

As the Director of Client Engagement, Monica gets to do what she absolutely loves on a daily basis: making clients smile.  One of her best qualities is her lovable personality, and she gets to share this with us through our "Client Stewardship Program" and by hosting special client events throughout the year.  Simply put, she puts the "WOW" factor in our team!

WHEN SHE ISN'T WORK WITH CLIENTS, WHAT ARE HER INTERESTS?

Monica is VERY family-oriented.  In fact, she says that her son Shawn is her absolute greatest accomplishment.  When she is not focusing on Shawn or our RE-DOC clients, Monica hosts large group workout sessions, and she enjoys traveling whenever the opportunity arises.
